Afghan Kush Ryder auto has the "CLAW"!!!

Please please help this girl is the worst of 3! 2 of them have stunted growth! The lady in my air pot seems
fine but the other 2 show burnt tips and claw!! Now i know this must be over fert! Got a bit carried
away! but what should i do?????

soz about lights didnt want to turn them off! they were due a feed today but i just gave them straight mineral water! but should i flush as in leach the soil with 2x the pot size?? or just leave and wait to see if they start growing again? please help!Shift+R improves the quality of this image.
