Affordable and dependable LED lights

There are so many Brands. Some are expensive and some are rather cheap. I am just looking for a little guidance on which way to go.

What's your budget? What size space? Flower, veg, or both? Pre built or DIY? We need more info to help you.
I am just growing one plant. The space is a small office a little smaller than a normal bedroom. Both flower and veg and my budget is $200. I also would prefer pre built.

Not trying to be a pain my friend but we need dimensions on your space. One plant doesn't mean anything I can veg one plant for two months and fill one of my 3x3's with it easily or veg half that time and throw more plants in there.

Space (dimensions) is an important part of the puzzle.

I know I am just saying you need to have "realistic" expectations is all. Don't think you're going to run a 2x2 and pull four pounds ...........

Is 2×2 to small for one plant?
nope, you can get a nice size plant in a 2x2 , 3x3 gives you a little more room to play, 4x4 is the most popular tent size afaik. For one plant , yer good with 2 or 3 foot square. 200 watts (actual) should do the trick.
I would go COB LED panel. Check out Timber Grow lights for some examples.

However, as you are new to this... if you know how much dry weight you want to achieve per harvest, and how many harvests a year, those are really the numbers that will dictate the size and cost of your grow. Then you have things like, is it soil or hydroponics, does the area have proper ventilation, is it fire and electrically safe, grow style, SOG, SCROG etc, there are so many variables. It not hard to grow the plant, but it is hard to do it really well.

Another example is you could grow like twelve+ small plants in a 4x4 or one monstrosity, so you see there are many many factors. Scan through one of the online grow bibles for ideas.
