RIGHT! Before i post, this is not the be all and end all get out of free jail card. This is mainly UK based but im sure there is headrrom for europe and defo USA. My frend was on his way through channel tunnel from dam after NY and was caught and produced this document. Although they comfiscated his products, They let him go with no fine or nothing. The powers that be can be very persuasive on the family unit to so be prepared! Best thing, Dont get caught! BUT... if you do and you have a half decent head on you and can read and understand this document, you will relise that this makes you live as a flesh and blood person away from what is, and illegal system!!! Worked for me and a friend, I no longer get bothered by local autorities and some of my friends have stopped paying taxes/DVLA/TV licence etc etc and now are free from the whole criminal system, which is what it is.
