af?

So I got a couple freebies from my order and considering I have extra room in my setup I'm debating if I should throw in my af's just for smokes and giggles. I've read a couple different things and want to see if anyone has some advice backed by experience w/ af. Since my others are in veg, week 2, at 18/6 can I put the af's in on this cycle and let them go or should I wait until I get to my flowering? I've also recently seen suggestions to put them at 20/4, any ideas? Also I'm assuming the af wont be done by the time I want to switch to flowering, will they freak out if I change the lighting cycle for my photo plants?

Yes they will. Autos flowers flower depending on age and not lift cycle. So in your situation, I would give your vegging plants 2 extra hours a day= 20/4 and through the autos in the veg cab, when the non autos are ready, put those in the flower room and keep the autos in the veg cab.
