AF grower needs help

at 3 weeks I thought things were moving along slow but Im running a new strain so no biggie but Im at week 4 and the ladies look like there just barely at 2 weeks (sorry no pics)
lucas formula room temps are 77 under lights 72 ambient,parts 1340 water temps 70 ,1 min feedings 30 min between co2 administered 4 times days. strain is a sour diesel/purple kush its a hometown hero I flushed and for 24 hours ran straight h2o and went back to nute and things looked like they were back on track but there really not , anyone got anything that might be helpful ???
 
ok, i read this and moved on thinking someone else would tackle it.....

everything else you posted looks great.
 
at 12-14 there are preflowers well not in my case Im at a month and Im just showing pre- and I should be much further along
 
then you absolutely have a light leak somewhere during your lights off period. i just went throught it. found out my cloning station and my mother are were letting out some light. once i fixed it my flowers finally stated to pop. i accidently vegged my bitches for 6 weeks. had to trim them back 3 times and top them twice.
just go in there during lights out and sit for a while and let your eyes adjust.
if you can see anything in there, fix it!

I leave my green light on once a week,,, but its not a normal green incandescent light its a CFL green twisty I pray that not it .other than that I have not other light leaks
 
well, waaaay too much pruning or cloning during a plants veg period and into its flowering can cause it to stall. i have "heard" but dont know....too high in nitrogen can do it too. but ask around about that one.....i had ph swinging way down locking mine out but i dont know what ph swinging down locks out.
sorry i cant be of more help. when the rest of the turds are online tonight i'll steer them over here. be a bit more patient...help will come.
 
I do really appreciate the time your spending looking at my threads and helping me I think some of you people are more helpful than the people in my day to day life which is sad so fuckin sad. I am in an AF60 so I put them in the second they drops legs(roots) and there all 2ft and taller which has never happened before . I do know that Im in alot of trouble Im thinking about scrapping the grow so Im not at a full loss of 2 months
 
not sure if any exp. aero cultivators have seen this but I need this thread to be seen by as many ppl as poss. I dont wanna kill the girls but where Im at in the process they are so far behind Im sure theres no coming back unless someone can help with a diagnosis
 
some light is leaking in causing them not wanting to flower.


try to zip yourself up in the room or someone close the door on you and find the leak
 
no they started to flower they just havent made it passed the preflower phase everything is lovely and green no signs of def but they are locked up
 
hell, i keep my mothers under 24/7 light and they have preflowers on them...they just never bloom. know whatta mean vern?
well bud.....we dont know.....thats 3 for light issues. and these arent complicated plants but we arent there. sorry
i'll keep bugging folks to look and maybe someone will give you an answer that you like. are there any buddies of yours in your area that have grown this strain? maybe they can help.

what i mean by light leaks is your grow is not completely light sealed..... aka you have light LEAKING in from somewhere else.

indoor plants need almost absolutely darkness

even a tad bit of light will stop them from flowering.

preflowers dont mean shit. they show in the vegetative stage but just because they are preflowering doesnt mean they are FLOWERING

thanks for the reply LB I checked for leaks when I built the room , and a few days ago when bugsrnme suggested that it cold be a leak. and I thought the term preflower was what you seen at day 12-14 long white hairs at every node ya know lil baby buds
 
well your preflowers show in veg.... sometimes they dont preflower sometimes they do.

sometimes they show late as hell, yanno?

all in the genetics, i suppose

around week 2 when they finish up stretching....then is when you will see the 'budlets' lol cute little budlets :p

not saying you are a dummy or anything, but how did you check for light leaks? did you check vigorously? did ya shut down everything....every light, every device?

and you still didnt see any leaks?

maybe one of your devices with LED or light indicator is doing it? highly doubtful, but ya never know
