Aeroponics lighting question

Hey guys, I'm new to growing and am about to start my first batch of aeroponics using this system detailed by FilthyFletch: https://www.rollitup.org/hydroponics-aeroponics/22362-30-minute-6-plant-aero.html
My question has to do with lighting. I'm looking to get a lighting solution from ebay which does both, HPS and MH lights. It's from "greatlights4less!" and claims to be an HPS system with a MH conversion bulb that works with it as well. Has anyone here used this type of lighting system and do you have any advice as to whether it works well for what I'm going to use it for? I just don't want to spend a bunch of money on something that isn't going to work well. Thanks in advance for any responses!

Yes you can get MH conversion bulbs that are compatible with a HPS ballast. HPS ballast has an ignitor which a MH ballast dosent. The MH conversion bulb is designed for the HPS ballast constantly firing. Yes, use the MH for vegging and change to a HPS for flowering.

Thanks fitzyno1 for the response. I'll give it a try. I'll post it all in a grow journal when everything arrives.
