Aeromist Fogger

So, when looking for a pump to put in my second aeroponics system, I came across this thing on ebay.

It claims to be a true fogger designed for use in aeroponics, but at a fraction of the cost of what the pump alone for such a system would cost to DIY. The one head system is about $30, and the three head system is about $100. Now, these prices seem like they fall into the "too good to be true" category, but the seller has almost 100% positive feedback and I have a hard time believing he got that by selling shoddy products. All the reviews for the item are 5 star as well.

It seems that the catch is it will only spray inside the reservoir unless you get the 50 dollar kit to pump the fog to the roots, but I designed my new system to contain the mist and roots inside the reservoir anyway.

So, has anybody seen this or used one before? If so, how good was it? What kind of space can the one head unit cover? I'm probably going to snag one and test it out unless I get reports that it's not worth the cash. You can't really go wrong with a real fogger for 30 bucks. If nothing else, it looks like a great addition to a DWC setup.

Yeah they are fogger units (just like it says). Not so unbelievable really,
they've been selling them for a few years. I made several cloners from
these. The only "too good to be true" aspect of all this is these are the
same units that have been sold for 3 years while people pay Aeromist
way too much $$ for merely packaging them in Rubbermaid containers.

Drop it in the water, plug it in, that's all there is to it except you'll need
to figure the rest out like keeping the nute solution circulating and how
you're going to keep humidity high on the TOP of the plants and oh yeah
don't forget pH....

Foggers work great for cloning and I would highly recommend it.

Unfortunately foggers have a high fail rate and only create problems
for finishing out plants through their flowering cycle. I have never
personally tried it in flower, but if you search the forums you'll see many
people explaining why it doesn't work well.

I have heard good things about people using a mix of aero/fog, but
seems kinda redundant as aero would do the job just fine alone.
