aerogarden helpp

hey everyone i am expierencing problems with my areogarden i don't think its cycling water through properly i believe its the lid because i put my freinds lid on mine and it worked fine but my lid didn't work on his res. does any one know what the problem is or how to fix it?? any help is much appreicated

Any Pics. I had the problem where the pump wasnt working either. Check to make sure it is sitting in the base correctly.

you need an air stone anyways, so i would just go get one and you should be good, you need to turn the AG pump off once the roots hit the water
