Aero Vs. Soil grow

All 8 seedlings are 16 days old from time of planting.
Lighting 2 T-8 flouros 68w.

aero expanded clay
soil organic potting soil with extras
All are same strain. I've never grown aero before some I'm just following a book as far as nutes, Ph, and ppm. As far as the soil I'm using my own mix of organic potting soil and other amendments.Comments please.
