Aero timing cycle - HELP

If I'm using a Aero system with 5 360 degree micro sprayers, how often do I water/feed? I've heard a wide range of suggestions, anything from 1 minute on/5 minutes off to every few hours. Help please.

Well you will still here every suggestion that you already said.
I think the most popular is 1 min on, 4 or 5 off.
But you need to buy a timer capable of minutes. Most $15 dollar timers are 15 minute intervals.
I use the 15 minute version due to cost. I run it on 15 off for 15. My plants and roots look great.

The optimum is less than one second with 1-2 minutes rest-24/7. But, to be able to do that you need a accumulator system with a pressure tank sized according to your grow. I didn't take it that far. I use a high pressure Aquatek pump and a Sentinel timer, which is accurate to 2 seconds. You will be amazed at the transformation in your roots once you get in this range.
