Maybe a 1/4" below the top of the sponge. For me, it's better to germ it in a paper towel first so it doesn't fall thru your sponge. If you'll look in the AG booklet, it says to use a tiny drop of non-toxic glue to keep the seed in place if you germ in the AG. I didnt have any glue so I used the paper towel method.

The settings don't really matter since you have a air stone and a timer connected to it

i didnt put in an airstone though lol.
unless the AG has a built in one lol.

went out and copped everything put my set up and everything just waiting for my seeds to be dome germing

jus chillin high as fuc haha, same ole shit, well the settings just run the pump, jus go tomatoes or salad greens

this is my set up.i got 4 100 watt daylight cfls. ill add more cfl's as i go along but for now this is good vor seedlings and beg veg.

anything wrong with this ?

oh damn, how long has it been, i never looked into superthrive, all i did was make lil squares out of a piece of paper towel for each seed, put it in a ziploc bag and put it in a dark cool place, they cracked in two days
