Aero cloner question.

I have a couple aero cloners I built. About to take cuttings for my biggest sog yet. Have you guys seen differences in rooting in clones you have a node in the water vs not having one in the water? I took about 15 clones a couple weeks back and let them grow so I could clone them again and get greater numbers and it didn't seem to really matter whether it had a node in the water or not they all rooted. Just curious what others thought, I got roots on some at 7 days and by 10 days pretty much all of them had roots.

the less water and the more moisture hits the stem the faster the rooting takes place.. example is a ez-cloner sprays water on the base of the plant but the airo cloner will just produce air bubbles in the water and the stems sit in or close to the water.. i have better and faster results in my diy ez-cloner witch sprays water.. some like to do a 1minute on 3 minutes off, but i keep my sprayer on 24/7

I have an AERO cloner(or DIY Ez-cloner). Not a bubble cloner(air stone). I am simply interested in finding out how much of a difference it makes if you put a node below the neoprene collar or not. Not debating different types of cloners. Thanks
