I have foxfarm Grow big, tiger bloom, and botanic care cal/mag.

I wanted to get more nutes to have healthier, more potent, higher yeild, and tastier plants.

Im thinking about getting Dyna Gro Pro-Tekt, Fox Farm Big bloom(organic bud booster), and fox farm bush doctor sledge hammer.

What should I get instead of what I listed, and or what can I add to my nutrient cabinet to increase yeild, taste, potency, and smoke?

I was gonna get AN overdrive instead of the organic big bloom. Maybe even some Bud Blood or Big bud, but I might as well use foxfarms you know?

Anyways get back to me asap, thanks.

Do you have a reason to feel like your current setup is not working? That is far more nutes than I used during my grow honestly. Also, from what I know nutes are kinda a hit or miss thing. Just gotta try out different types and different amounts until you find what the pheno you are working with likes.

I know it seems like alot, I thought originaly that I could do it all with a grow form and a flowering formula.

But since I am in coco, I had to get some cal/mag.

The reason why I want more nutes is because I honestly want bigger better buds. So that makes me want to get a bloom booster, and since big bloom is organic that was first on my list.
And since im in coco and the biggest problems are cal/mag nute deficiency or salt build up I gotta get that sledghammer too so I can do a nice good flush so I get a better burning herb.

Also the big bloom and sledgehammer are on the foxfarms feeding schedule(but since there are different product I was wondering if you guys would use foxfarms or something else with a similar formula).

buying into the hype of additives will drive you crazy. you literally don NEED additives but i understand what your saying. you just want a little "extra". if your entire grow isnt organic i wouldnt focus on big bloom because it is. if you want to get somthing extra to your buds you can try molasses or any of the carbs designed for extra bud production. there are some veterans who will say give your plant nothing but what it "needs" but that old school way of thinking is dying out. my advice? dont read all the crap on the bottle, anything it doesnt absolutely needs will be your extra, bud blood, gravity, sweet, etc. i personally am going add it to one of my plants to see if it gives me a heavier bud than the others to make the decision for myself but any of the carb additives should give you what your looking for. "supposedly" goodluck

what up man i just wanted to say that it dont matter how much nutes you add to your crop your only going to be able to yield what your plants genetics are able to yield and no matter how much of this and that that you add your only going to yield that strains max yield so the best thing to do is to see what your strain is able to yield cause i have strains that yield a lot and the buds are pretty good and then i have strains that yield less and the buds are really really good . If you ask me haveing the right strain is 85% of growing cause really dont add a hole lot of stuff to my nutes and i do hydro i just stick to the GH flora sierice lucekice formula and it like the cheapest nutes you can by and i always harvest killer smoke

inmy experience and everything i have heard its really just the growers choice. it doesnt matter what name brand you use as long as your giving the three primary two secondary and micro nutrients youll be golden. as for additives the same applies. cant really go wrong with additives most times they dont contain nutes, just "extra" go green!

hey dude what your list is too much for me unless you know what you re doing , thats cool with me ! it will be easy for ya to see which the nutes is best by start off with one product line for your first corp, next second corp with different product line, etc you will get grasp understand how nutes work like that....like me , im currently grow with my first nutes is GH floraDuo, they re awesome, im impressed by it. of course i use cal-mag once every two weeks (my expriement) it seems work for my two plants. My next corp , i will use dyna-gro lines. after you know all kind of nutes, you can mix with different brands , hey thats just me :) good luck and happy growing

Sounds like im going to be pretty much doing with the big bloom and sledge hammer, they are both foxfarm. Cal/mag and protekt are micro and foxfarm doesn't have micro nutrients just soil and im doing soilless.

big bloom is not a bloom additive. The directions say to use it before you even use grow big on seedlings.

Listen to cr500roost,
If you want to get a bloom booster or flowering additive and you use foxfarm, you might want to try the THREE flowering additives they make.
Open Sesame = Early Flowering
Beastie Bloomz = Mid Flowering
Cha Ching = Late Flowering

Most of the people in my local store only use 2/3 of them (as an additive) or JUST Beastie Blooms because it has zero nitrogen.

The best part about the three bloom nutrients is that they work as a base nutrient too if you increase the dosage.

I understand you too, but in california the extra nutes is what take the bud from high mid grade, to high high grade. You know what I mean?
Whats that lucekice formula you mentioned? Do they have any good root boosters?

Yeah I know its a turns things into a more complicated, but I've got most of the experience working with different things like the jacuzzi's PH or it'll burn your skin off, and a bunch of concentrated micro for other plants in my garden. I've got plant feed for african violets, grass, tomatoes, bamboo, orchids, Azalea, Camellia, Rhododendron, some old ass rootbooster that I gotta replace, and some crunchy/melted miracle grow bloom booster(that im not using with cannabis btw), concentrated sulfur, iron, + whatever I got specifically for mj.

With more nutes I just need a well constructed feeding schedule.
