Advice/suggestions? Airy HSO Blue Dream Day 46F

So 6.5 weeks into flower and the buds are kinda airy with more pistils than swollen calyxes. She's about 3.5ft tall.

I've been feeding the lucas formula every 2-3 days for the past 2 weeks + amino which has a small amount of N+K and potassium hydroxide pH up to between 6-6.5 in ~ 5 gal soil pot. Light set up: 8x Samsung double row 2' F-series LED strips over a 3x6x6 area @1050mA. Temps 68-78f, humidity around 55 daytime and 65 night time.

Last feeding 2 days ago I fed her half nutes but added 1/2 tsp of MKP and pH up. Had some K deficiency around week 5. The second pic shows the 1st blue dream I grew before this one which flowered for 11.5 weeks but never swelled or densed up either. I thought this time it'd go better.

I've narrowed it down to either light leaks, which I doubt is the problem as the Fruit Punch plants next to it are doing just fine but I did have a red plug light very partially uncovered until recently, or it's a lack of light, nutrients or the she's sensitive to temperature. Anybody have any ideas? I'm thinking of switching her to my 400w + CFL room to see if she fairs any better in there.

She is Sativa dom so more common to have fluffier than dense buds. Like anything else, not a rule or fact but common for Sativa to be that way.

Not enough light.

That's why you keep trying different stuff until you find "the one" that grows good and smokes good. My experience with HSO Blue Dream was pretty average. I wasn't that impressed. You should try something else next time.

I ran a HSO Blue Dream last winter under the Vero arrays and even though intensity was more than enough she just didn't 'nug' up. Decent smoke-I don't think that I would run it again.

Then the conditions are not right. Has nothing to do with the genetics.
By far one of the heaviest producers with rock hard nugs I've ran. (And I had 3 diff phenos)
I dry trim so it looks messy but this is after 2 days hanging ....I averaged 4 1/2 pounds per plant.

WE HAVE A WINNAH! HARLEY is correct...

Your light intensity, is seriously lacking to fill out any strain...in that space.
The 400 room won't help.

You need to deliver 1K HID worth in intensity to reach those goals. More would be better!

They look problematic to finish.

Thanks for the replies. I'll get all my extra lights on it and see how it goes, 7 weeks into flower so probably too late now. Anyways it's fairly decent smoke. 3 of my friends tried some earlier today and reported back that they were pretty high. I just weighed out the dry weight for the one I harvested which came to about half a pound so it's decent weight it's just airy and lacks bag appeal. Maybe if I flower them sooner SoG style they'll be shorter and fatter. I'll soon be combining my leds and hps in one room so that should be better as well. I've grown the fruit punch 3 times now which fills out pretty well but average about 3 ounces per plant, great flavor and smoke each time but I like some variety so i'm currently looking at trying either GDP, Barneys cookie kush or northern lights.
