advice on how to proceed

And quite honestly, that's why a fan speed controller is so amazing. Just turning up the speed can lower humidity levels dramatically
isn’t that what the high speed will do on the fan i purchased? im not sure i understand the difference.

6” inline fan arrives next week. at least it’s supposed to. Rh has been getting into the 50s but I set up the little dehumidifier and it’s sitting at 49% now. here’s the plant now.

Looking beautiful as a should
rh is up to 60% even with the little dehumidifier running inside the tent. the 6” fan arrives on Sunday. im looking on craigslist for a larger dehumidifier for the room. am also thinking about how to rearrange things so i can exhaust out the window as previously suggested.

can someone tell me what % is likely to start mold growth? that’d be terrible. i do have two fans blowing on the plant inside the tent. hopefully that’ll keep things in check.

edit: rh got up to 67%. i shut the windows in the sun porch and with the ac on it’s now down to 47% after an hour. feeling much better about it. will still either exhaust outside or to another room once new equipment arrives. i really don’t want to run the ac 24/7.

You're saying ipower actually kills the smell?
Yes, after 1 year and a half the carbon filter appears to still be working at getting rid of the smell. For being the least expensive set-up the IPower equipment have given me zero issues so far.

He just likes being in FULL control of his fan. The 3 speed thing is just fine but you only have 3 speeds.
All that cheap shit is hit and miss. I got the exact same combo he said the fan was junk. The fan is great. its got the leather wrapped around it and its over 5 years old. The 6" filter lasted a year and a half of REAL USE. I just got a new 8" vivosun filter....junk....an ipower filter...junk. My bet is if you were to take apart and rebuild any of them filters , they would work great for awhile.

the filter is just a courtesy for the neighbors. if it leaks some odors, oh well. it’s legal here in MA. i could actually have up to 12 plants if i wanted to, but that’d be way more than i would ever need.

edit:
I forgot to mention that I started two of my feminized gelatos last night. germinating directly in the soil. I put happy frog in 1-gallon fabric pots. Top 4 inches are black gold seedling mix. gonna let them chill in the tent during lights on, in a window during lights off. once this current plant is finished i hope to flip them.

You’re going to do with the plant needs LOL you’re it’s mother. Honestly I never had any issues with humidity high or low my plants always did good and never used one the only time I would see using one is when you’re drying your weed maybe not give it so much humidity to induce mould if you know what I mean

Alright, so I now have an extra 4” inline fan and filter. I decided to go ahead and start a second tent around it. Please let me know what you think of these choices in equipment.

4” vivosun inline fan and filter
Gorilla 2 x 2.5 x 5’7” tent
6” clip on fan
HLG 135 W QB V2 LED

I am about to pull the trigger on this either late night or tomorrow sometime. Any feedback is as always greatly appreciated.

The vivosun is the best junk i have bought. (they work)
All tents leak light ..... if its not 500 bucks it will leak. (no big deal , work around)
cant go wrong with the cli[p on
HLG light, top shelf light.

the hlg light and gorilla tent arrives this week sometime. i took a couple clones and started a couple seeds. i dug up an old 4’ T5 fluorescent and have the clones 4” under it 24/7 and the seedlings under it 12 hrs and in the tent 12hrs.

i am noticing some yellowing on the leaves and am hoping someone will chime in on what it is. i assume it’s some sort of deficiency as im probably underfeeding. the plant gets dr jimz chicken soup for the soil every other watering. just got the bloom kaboom from him and will add that to next feeding. always pH to 6.5. soil is happy frog.

here’s a couple pics. 2 weeks into flower.
maybe someone can offer some advice. appreciate it.

im with you , i think its underfed overall.... yes you can see a few obvious defs but i think the fix is more food overall. I dont like the dr jims cause it dont say whats in it but im sure its fine. She needs a good balanced feed.
