I'd move your plants to the new flower room if you're in a hurry to take down the one you're using now.

The best piece of advice I ever got was, "stop reading how many weeks your plants take to flower. Your plants decide when they are done, not the calendar."
That is something I've read too, and it's obvious by looking at my plants that some are almost ready and some will need more time. Unfortunitly they are too tall for my new flower room (i'm trying LST now to compliment my CFL), and moving 4ft plants is likely to get noticed by my neighbours. At the end of the day, no matter what, in 3 weeks i'll have a fair amount of budd that is tastier and stronger then the shit on the streets at the mo, so i'll be happy, and have the prospects of better yeilds from my next grow. That makes me a happy man :)

hey man personally i think you did well not many people are born with a green thumb its all about getting better and i think your on the right track u mentioned newer flowering room only thing i see that your lacking is lumens
your feedings seem good theres no issues there you might want to push the envelope next grow by adding a bit more nutes

also you should look at florescent lighting might help you for a better yield

Either way if your happy its all good

Thankyou DrF. Thats the attitude I like to see on here. :)

My new room has 14,000 lumens instead of 9000, and is in a far more confined space. I'll also be vegging my plants for less time, keeping them at a more sensible height. And i've just given the plants in the pics what I think will be there final feed, with a stronger dose and some more mollasses.

I just can't wait to try more and more stuff. Seriously I am so addicted to growng already it's untrue. Well my wife said I needed a more productive hobby then smoking weed. Job done.

Ahhh, didn't realize you'd have to move the plants.

At the end of the day, nothing beats smokin your own bud, so no matter what you get, it will feel great. Keep it up man.

Actually I was more pointing out the grammar, "and I think they look the nuts", what language is that?

The plants look fine. To get better pics, that would depend on what kind of camera you are using, see if it has a macro setting.

Hahaha, please do give up. Seriously??? Have you got nothing better to do then go about making snidey comments about other ppl's comments. Leave your computer and go and get laid.

It's my first grow, done on a budget, and considering I have 4 plants that are far too large for a single 125w CFL, the fact that i'll easily be getting on OZ per plant, and all the budds are glistening with trichs and smelling lovely, is something that I am proud of. Maybe with time and more equipment i'll be getting 2-3 oz per plant and huge cola's, but right now I'm pleased with what i've managed.

Some cameras have a feature called macro and super macro, this allows you to get close to objects and get clear pictures.

Oh well, then I ask that you accept my apology, I just thought that you were one of these hissy little tarts that go around causing trouble. OK, I left the word "that" out, and truncated a slang saying, but really is the grammar that terrible. Besides, I have found over the years that 90% of the long sentences and punctuation I use is lost on the person who reads it, and as such, revert to internet chat language instead. And to be honest, I think that as this is a just an advice forum, and not my PHD research findings, spelling and grammar aren't that bad.

I hope we have cleared things up, as I have no desire for online bitch fights, and from your avatar pic you look pretty hench, and possible some kind of professional wrestler. :)

Hope you have a good day growing

Wow, good call on the pro wrestling thing, I actually did that in my younger days, nothing on tv, as I gave it up as my body couldn't handle it anymore, before possibly, potentially making on tv, if at all.

I meant no disrespect to the plants themselves, we all as growers had to "grow our first plant", yours look better than my first plants did, you aren't a pro on your first day. I'm, on my 19th year growing, and I still consider myself, not a pro.

I am an English teacher, and notice grammar errors, and it is hard not to say something sometimes, and when others look at the comments I or others make, and not know the intentions behind it, can look hostile, especially when high. I meant no such thing.

No hard feelings dude.

An English teacher who grows... Gold Star for you.

With that to one side, thanks for the compliments, and I'll be sure to post pictures of my results.

Happy Growing

Oh and "big ups" on the nice first grow!
Thank you. I've not actually found it that difficult, thanks to a little research and a lot of help from people on here. I think the AK-48 plants that I am growing are pretty forgiving, they have not given me any real problems. :)
