advice on advanced lighting?

Hey guys,
I am just about to start my firt indoor grow (have performed multiple outdoors) and am working out what i hope to be a perfect lighting system. My growroom size is relatively small at 2(W)x4(L)x5(H)I am purchasing a 400W HPS/MH cool tube light setup. I also have two T5 fluorescent strips with 2500k and 6500k bulbs. The purpose would be to add the ultraviolet and a greater spectrum of light. Do you think that the investment in this light would improve my grow enough for it to be worth the cost? I am doing a coco coir/perlite mix for growing medium and am using CANNAcoco and all CANNAnutrients. Do you guys have any other input that would be of good use to me?

Personally i wouldn't bother with the leds. the hps and strips as side lighting will suffice

yes, i have a 540CFM 6 in inline fan that will be attached to the air cooled tube with ducting exhausting into my attic, there will also be a carbon filter attached to that and i have ona gel to go in the room as well.
Any other people have input on the LED idea for explosive growth and dense buds?
