Advice needed, which strain is best as pain killer for severe back pains.....

Without describing my complete medical history I would like an advice on this issue.

I just realiced that I´m using more and more chemical meds to control my chronic back pains, and I believe more in our beloved plants as a natural remedy.

So which strain should be used? I do know that there is more than one medical forum, so please move my question to appropriate forum if needed.

Really appreciate any comment/advice.....

Have a good one folks!

I have not tried any of the strains yet but I am also looking for back pain relief. Super lemon haze has been suggested as well as White Widow. I am waiting until Attitudes June Special to order but I am def going to get those 2 at least. I was not interested in a fruity strain but SLH seems to be highly recommended for pain usage.

Good Luck!

Sorry for your back pains. I don't have any chronic back pain problems, but on occasion, when I've had sports-related injuries, Afghan strains have really worked well for me. I grew this one plant out about 5 years ago or so called "Afghani Sharkk"....wasn't an official strain or anything like that, but dark hashy buds just numbed me the heck out. Not good for a lot of physical activity or even driving, but pain definitely just faded away...

Good luck to you.

Just remembered Aurora Indica from Nirvana. I know Nirvana gets its share of bad reps, but for some reason, I've had a lot of success with it. Also a pretty potent, pain-numbing plant.

Yea I was thinking along the same lines. Indica strain would probablly be best.
Ya know, If it was me I would get some White Russian from serious seeds.

Hope ya find what you need.

I am fortunate that I don't have CRAZY pain anywhere. For me, I'll have stuff like back aches from sports and watersports earlier in my life. For those nights, mj really does the trick. Once about every two months, I'll get this crazy headache that throbs my temples and area under the eyes. MJ makes that a bit easier as well.

I'm sure it's not a cure-all pain wise, but smoking usually makes the pain a lot more bearable for me. I love it.

Great advice! Thx man.....!

To others:
First of all thx for advices, questions and the discussion.
And when it comes to take away pain, I too feel that it more makes me function, not taking it away, but lowering it to a livable pain. But then again, never tried the ones Snowwhiteman suggests, will do so in the future.

I have heard northern lights is a good one, and I think some of the kush strains are good for medicating. I think some of the seed banks list medical seeds. I don't know if they are listed this way because the strain has the properties most medical people seek, or if they are just marketing ploys.
