Advice after truma

hi
i put my seedling (2week old) to close to my envirolite and they dried out a little. i recovered them but after 3 weeks now they seem and under developed.
is it worth continuing ? i have 5 more seeds could start again?
will they still be good plants l8er down the line?

They are fine.

Get your babies as close to the light source as possible without burning them and enjoy.

i just got a PH tester and the water tested about 7.... argh,
so ive used some vinegar (about 5-8 drops) and now its between 6.4 - 6.6

this is SE london tap water....

I would cover up your rockwool or it will act as a wick and dry out your roots.

i havent used any ferts yet as the seeds were planted in "root riot" not rock wool so i was told it already contained enough to start with.
but now they seem happy in their new pots i guess its time to start adding some feed.
i have some "baby bio" 10.6 - 4.4 - 1.7 is this any good for this stage or should i just get some proper fertz like "Bio Bizz Grow"

Add NO ferts to babies. Let them do their own thing for two weeks to four weeks. Your soil if done properly has everything they need.

heres a few pix of them now ive moved them closer to the light.
i plan on gettin a reflector in the next day or so.... and then put the light on its side....

they are fine. DO NOT add any nutes. maybe just consider getting a reflector for your bulb.

Thanks every 1 for your input. there are doin fine now more new groth as i got myself a reflector, makes so much difference with these CFL's..

Blue = Correct
Red = Wrong

You should have Micro, grow nutrients, only a 1/4 of directed, you want ppm for seedlings 25-100, and increase everyweek, and you said the 1st picks were week 3?! they look really small for 3 weeks, there pretty stunted, but in your second set of pic's there starting to grow again, so becareful

For clone/seeds.
Day 1: ppm 25 if not plain water.
Day 14: second water ppm 100, Third water ppm 250
Day 15: 400ppm now
Day 20-30:500-600ppm
Day 40-50: getting close to bud, 600-1000ppm
Day 60: 12/12 now. Kick in BLOOM nutrients, 800-1000ppm
Day 80: 1000-1200ppm
Day 95-105: 1000-1200ppm
Day 105-115: 1200-1400ppm After this only water.
Day 120-135: Harvest.
