if this was true about the reimbursement for supplies and utilities associated with production, the feds would not be cracking down on the clubs and there suppliers

you are not a friend of cannabis re-legalization.

and i guarantee you're not growing 10 pounds in that greenhouse so you can just build a play fort with it. it's obvious your stance is just dumb cover for your own selling.

there you go amusing what i do with my weed.. dont me mad cuz im one of the good guy of cannabis, i give it away to patients, your a bad guy you sell it.. and i have no problem buying from you either. im still the good guy and you will always be the bad guy why because you sell your meds.. i grow 10 lbs every sumer for the cost of only $300.00 for the entire grow for good quality meds , why would i need to sell pot to recoup my funds, that what work is for.

Is patient to patient sells not legal where you're at?

That is one thing that I love about Cali's law; they permit patient to patient; meds, clones, food, you name it; as long as both parties have a rec, only the DEA can stop you =p

No I will not leave it closed. I don't care who started it. There is no legit reason to close it other than your wanting to. I am not going to babysit you. Yes it is you that is arguing growup, and stop playing your reindeer games. Just because you don't like it does not mean you can close it just because you can. That is abusing your MOD rights.

Finally I can reply to this!

The funny thing is, is that you think the feds are concerned about patients who grow 5-6 six plants and sell to other patients, most likely their friends. They got better things to fry. Unless a city, county or state ASKS the DEA to come in and do something, nothing will happen.

AND BTW, the crackdown going on in Cali, they are going after the big growers, the ones who obviously ignore the laws. there are permits to grow 100, even 200 plants; unfortunately people still abuse it, and those are the ones the feds want... not any of us who stay within our limits and follow the rules. lol

Indeed, I haven't seen any personal gardens raided. I did watch a stand by where a patient legally took six plants out of a grow. Escorted by sheriffs. Crazy shit. 2 points. 1) By sale, you are accepting cash for Cannabis. Trading for services, supplies, completed money orders, vehicles, houses, Etc. is within the program. 2) From a federal stand point, selling a pound of Cannabis for under $1,200 is cost. Asking/accepting more than this is clear profiteering. Remember how they got Capone? Dollars. Watch the dollars. Like the movie In Time. Where there is organized crime, there is mucho deniro! The feds are using the same tactics. It's the Medical Marijuana Community which is young, inexperienced, and must evolve to beat the system.

I think craigs list should have it's own category for medical marijuana so we can all sell our extra product....lol. So I think selling cannabis on craigs list is a good thing. Two thumbs up!! Oh, and thanks for opening this forum back up Mygirl, that sure was nice of you.
