Ive had those fungus gnats also. I used sticky traps predatory nematodes and foxfarms dont bug me and now my plants are starting to recover finally. It was a war with those lil bastards!!

Cool News Jonny. I'm turning green with envy! Well maybe that's just a little pollen under my fingernails! Still trying to figure out if I could just put an A/C on a shelf in the grow room and catch any condensation that drips out in a bucket. Whatchu think?

Yeah, mine was just a heat issue. It was funny. I never saw knats above the res. think it was too hot for them. Its just been so damn hot here lately I had no way to cool the res... They're gone now.

thats exactly what I'm doing man. The back of the ac has to be on the outside of the room though... I'm assuming thats what you meant. just for shits and giggles I threw it on the floor in there on full power before I cut the hole in the wall and in 30 min it brought my temps UP 18 degrees to 104* oops. Took the day off today. All I have is huge trees to climb and its 90* already and the dewpoints 78.... I'm sweating just sitting here typing this.
Anyways, the wife's about to take out the kids and I'll go grab some pics of my setup. Its been working fine... Also, I don't think the feedtube back into the BP system is going to work, since I've cooled the room They've only been drinking 1/4 as much. maybe half a gallon all of yesterday.

My first grow i didnt have any heat issues, and on my second one i started im having a bunch. I think im going to buy a grow tent, These closets are a pain!!!!!!

I got a buddy, Monday Murphey, he bought a grow tent, that said it was 94 inches tall. His ceiling was 96 inches, so he felt safe. He got the kit in, built it on the floor laying down, and when he went to stand it up, and swumg it up, diaganolly, it was too tall to stand up. It hit the ceiling. LOLMy first grow i didnt have any heat issues, and on my second one i started im having a bunch. I think im going to buy a grow tent, These closets are a pain!!!!!!
then he hit the ceiling, got so mad he broke it....had to cut it down and mend it with duct tape.!!!

That's a big tent....I was looking on bghydro.com at the growlab 80l for my setup....With the tent and a cooltube I can't imagine any issues

I just noticed something very cool... I went to go smoke a bowl a get my head right, and I went down to stare at my flowering room like a giddy child waiting to sit on santas lap and I had a Flash of inspiration. I knew the water was going to be good that came out of the AC but guess how good

Can you believe it? I might of spent 125 bucks for the AC but it just paid itself off since I was planning of spending $150 on an RO setup next week.

Just through some money towards Riu for an elite membership... Figure I owe alot more than 5 bucks a month to this site. Heard it takes awhile to process... It'll be nice to have that flexibility. In your album, opening and closing your threads, an all that.
