Do you think you would have continued with the Connoiseur line, if you would not have had the problems with the low humidity?
Or would you have switched anyway? (because you have more options with a 3-part)
I just got the Sensi and Connie in 1L jugs to try them out and they didn't seem to work any better than what I'd been getting with the earlier 3 part so planned to go back to the 3-part regardless. My first go at hydro was in '82 with basic mineral salts you mixed stock solutions with then used measured amounts of those to mix up the nutrient profile for the type of fruit or veggies you were growing. Dude at Western Water Farms in Vancouver told me to use the 'tomato' formula. wink, wink lol No talking about pot when buying gardening supplies in those days.

With just the base salts you have total control but really need a lot of knowledge to use it well and decent math skills to get it right. That was years before I went back to school and got a diploma in chemistry but I still don't want to go back to that method. The 3 part gives me enough control to play around without having to get too deep into it. I get lazier as I get older and just want decent bud as simply and easily as possible. If the trim faeries would show up and harvest my crops for me I'd be in heaven for sure! :D

When I ran AN for a run I only used the Part A, Part B, B52, Carboload. I used this with Tribus and GH Armor Si and GH Calimagic. Probably could have done without the Si and B52. The carboload was to feed the Tribus microbes.

I wasn't impressed with Advanced and it costed a lot so I went back to GH three part. I am now testing and probably moving to Jacks 3-2-1. Massive savings because a run with GH costs me about 978 bucks where the Jacks will be less than 200 a run.

How many square meters or feet is your set up.
Almost a thousand dollar for 1 run sounds like a lot to me.
But it also depends of course how big your room is.

I used AN Sensi PH perfect regular (not for coco) in my coco/grow rock autopots. Once i figured out the right amount (35ml per 19litre bottle or 7tsp per 5 gallons) it worked like a champ.

I did fuck it up trying to figure out calmag and then i stopped using it and things worked better. It grew great cannabis...it was easy 2 bottles and no bullshit.

But it is too damned expensive. I got a bag of megacrop and i am giving that a go next round.
