Advanced Nutrients question

So I have not really been able to find a reliable source of information on advanced nutrients. I am in the process of switching from botanicare to try something new. I have been looking at the feeding chart for AN and am confused about a few things. There are different levels of growers, but I want to mix the best substances from each category, what do you all typically use from their product line and in what phase? Hydroponic stores around my area have not really been any help and just seem to supply whatever they can get their hands on with little knowledge. Thanks in advance!

Oh yeah I am running a hyrdo set up somewhat like the ebb and grow so it would be recirculating and my growing medium is hydroton in case that helps.
