Check google for the MSDS for those products.

In terms of potassium hydroxide, you really should just get potassium hydroxide flakes. (i think essential depot has the best deal)

The reason I'm asking is because I just bought the Bluelab PH Controller Connect, and I read in the manual that if the acid or base solution used with the controller is too strong, it can cause damage to hoses and pump. They recommend using their very own brand of PH up & PH down with the controller, but if I can some how dilute the Advanced Nutrients kind that I already have then I can save some money and the hassle of ordering online again and waiting for that crap.

Why not just mix a known amount of potassium hydroxide with water so you know how exactly how concentrated it is?
I have 1 liter of ph up and down, but after I'm done mixing my nutes and even before for that matter, my water is already quite on the acidic side, so I really just need ph up for now. I was thinking about cleaning an empty 2 liter bottle of Pepsi and filling it with the 1 liter of ph up plus 1 liter of water (1:1) and calling it a day, any thoughts?

Well I just stuck the 1 Liter of PH UP in an empty 2 Liter Pepsi and topped it off with 1 Liter of R.O. water (1:1), seems to have done the trick.
