Big Bud, Critical Mass,G13, etc. are well known to be some of the heaviest yielding strains for a reason. They can produce 2X-5X the normal weight of a regular plant. They are often used in hybrids to increase the yield of another strain. Their problem is quality of the buzz, they're not very potent. It's the old argument of giving up some quality for a higher yield. It's a trade-off done for business ($$$$) purposes.

The thing that stands out to me is the line, "Btw the total cost of the nutrients from beginning to end of harvest $115." So, all your ferts for a couple plants was ONLY $115. I grow 24 at a time so that's about $900 a crop????? I don't think so. Botanicare and I have a very good relationship......
Oh okay I get what you're saying now I had edit my last post a few times cuz I wasn't reading what you were saying correctly, but to answer your question no it would not cost you $900 for 24 plants the reason being is because I actually was feeding them full doses of the beneficial's every watering and it only suggest you feed them for example with Voodoo Juice the first two weeks of vegging and the first two weeks of flowering and I used it every single watering, that's why it cost me even more than the average person who would just have followed the feeding instructions off of the label.

I did try the Connoisseur a few years back and found it to be very concentrated......I needed to cut the application rate by around 40% to get it dialed in. Is was ok, no better or worse than Botanicare Pure Blend.

So I guess it's good I'm growing 4 other strains if big bud isn't that potent. (I have never knowingly had this strain) OG kush is supposed to be a potent strain so I can use the big bud for in the morning and can still function.

Today is week 7. Will post video of these banners sometimes today. All in advanced. Glad to see the haters posting pictures of Steve Harvey & other pics. It's funny. They must have it all figured out.

In the end you get what you put into your plants. If you want a cheap alternative, well you'll get out what you put into it. I'm happy to see the people having success coming out of the closet. You should. Let the little guy post pictures & laugh at you. It is funny that the most popular & most used gets laughed at. But the most funny thing is that not everyone can grow cannabis & even funnier are the guys that claim AN is garbage prolly used it once or have never used it at all & your opinions mean nothing other than your angry because your still trying to figure it out. Because (everyone can do it) lolz

Thanks - That mix has worked well for me. For vegging I just use generic Miricle Grow in powder form with Kellogs Organic Soil mixed with the crappy clay soil from under the house... The only thing I'm missing from the past is Carbo Load. I ran out of that and am trying it without to see if it oome out good - So far growth wise they are doing fine without it, only time will tell... The Cana hasn't been used yet - It goes works well with hydro, but it can be applied as a foiliar spray once a week - It gets used during weeks 6 through 10.

Afghani from Strainbank out of San Deigo at 32 days from light flip. Took a pic while everyone was sleeping. HPS/MH mix of light with a small dose of LED DSCN1719.JPG
