Advanced Nutrient Questions

So I am in my first week of flowering and I gave it the first dose of flowering nutes.

I have the full bloom lineup. And so far I am following the advanced nutrients calculator.. However, do I add the amount listed Once a week and water with just water the second time I feed that week? Or do I cut the amount in half and feed every time?

Troy, i use advanced nutrients as well. I do not follow any regimen of feeding or any charts for that matter. One suggestion for a feeding schedule i would have to give is feed low ppm nutes (nothing higher than 1300) their entire life and flush EVERY four weeks. Make sure the runoff water is below 300pm and at 6.0ph before you finish flushing each plant. This keeps up the healthiest plants and makes your nutrients go the furthest.

Ok you guys may not like advanced nutrients. Maybe you cant aford them, maybe you had a bad experience. But I have decided to try it out for my first grow. If I dont like them and I dont yield what im aiming for, then yes I woll be switching line ups. But for for now this is what im using and I have questions regarding them. If you dont like them simply dont click on the thread.
Thanks

Ok, im going to be getting a ppm meter in the next couple days. I just gave the ladies theyre first dose of floering nutes, fed them about half strength... Im going to keep feeding every watering, monitoring the ppms and ph of the run off. Do you have pictures of yoyr dried product? I dont think ive ever seen what advanced has to offer.
That was for broken turtle too btw

Your results won't be any better from the 15 bottles Advanced Nutrients sell over 1-3 bottles from a different company is all we're saying.

With Advanced you NEED to buy all the bottles otherwise you won't do well, because they break all their nutrients into separate bottles to make more money with another company you'll get same result without having to spend/use a million different products.

Plus if you'd read the link I provided, a lab tested Advanced Nutrients products and found they mislabel (by not providing correct information on the "Guaranteed Analysis" and by having up to 25x the listed amounts of heavy metals like Lead and Cadmium. In other words they are extremely low purity nutrients too.

Enjoy your purchase, just wanted you to know the facts. They've good bull-shit marketing powers to suck new growers in tho.

First of all, um, no. While I'm sure you know EVERYTHING about everything, the truth is that this poster isn't really adding anything to the original poster's question, which is sort of the point of forums, isn't it?

When people just get on the boards and say that this company lies or another company lies, I ignore them, but the truth is that this is really bringing up a good point about labeling.

Check this out instead of just speaking and trying to confuse growers with things you can't possibly prove.

So, the US doesn't allow for correct labeling, so while it sounds easy to blame the nutrient companies, that's not the whole story, but it does make for a lazy argument by certain people. Ahem.

Well if you knew anything about anything you'd know that Rosebud site are one of the biggest Advanced Nutrients shills on the planet, nice try tho.

EDIT: Infact that article was written by Fat Mike, Advanced Nutrients CEO. The reason the label had to be changed is because it was originally false, but no big surprise with them lying as usual.

They also said Oregon officially approved them for MMJ growing...which was also a blatant lie.

See the pattern emerging here?

FYI that website is not unbiased like it claims

it sez it has no links to the industry but it does it is linked with ManicBotanix that sells nutes they themselves say are stolen from other companies

cant trust what he says becuz he is just badmouthing his competition

posting the link a lot doesnt make it true
besides the guy that runs the site likes to run around on forums and do exactly that and pretend hes just some guy
not sayin ur him cuz ur clearly not just sayin u might want to not look like him cuz hes a little nutso
