As long as he gets it done that will be a step forward. What I would worry about is him legalizing "Corporate Cannabis" which is exactly what happened here in Canada.

It's not really legal here, maybe legal to buy their irradiated shwag. Before cannabis legalization in Canada there was only 8 cannabis related offenses now there are 45. If you choose to consume you can be fined up to $1000 for driving with only 2 nanograms thc in your bloodstream, yet it's ok to drive with 49000000 nanograms of alcohol or 24000000 nanograms of ghb in your blood. 5 nanograms thc they will suspended your license for 3 months and you will have to participate in the interlock program for a year.

Hopefully the United States makes better decisions regarding cannabis than canada. Our legalization looks good from the outside but the truth is we already had a much better system in place with the medical ACMPR.
California had a proposition on the ballot a few years back. "legal corprate marijuana" legalized posession of small amounts of marijuana but was illegal to grow it yourself. got voted down....

i didn't know that..if it weren't so expensive and all of your homeless moving to florida, it'd be great!..why are they moving to florida?
I would probably start with worrying about the violence in your own state, rather than the poor fucks who can't even afford a house.

"Compared to California, FLA has triple the amount of hate crimes against the homeless population. Three of the country’s 18 fatal events occurred in Florida, including the running over of a 73-year-old in Tampa, the murder of a 43-year-old in Deerfield Beach by a suspect who wanted to kill a stranger, and the strangulation of a 40-year-old homeless man by two Hallandale Beach boys, ages 14 and 17, who had asked him to secure a prostitute."

Now that mj is in, the rich whites wana take control of it from the people they incarcerated. So fucked up. See time and again big corporations pushing for mj so they can limit production permits and funnel the Industry and money away from the people that started it to the rich bureaucrats. Redistributing what we've done forever for themselves while still making it illegal for us. Glad we struck that bill down! If you want to legalize it then legalize it! You can have the retail regs as you have now just let it be free. So many law enforcement dragging their feet with accepting the legalization. Focusing on the smallest infraction because they upset its ok to use in certain ways now.. Smh... Rant over lol

You're aggravated and it's appreciated. But, dude. Calm down. Let's take a victory lap first.
