Would it burn the plant if you added flower stage nutrients to a pre-mixed soil during the flower stage? Would it benefit to do while in the vegetation stage, or would it be too much? Do you need to flush after?

Everything is about the same assuming, and hoping, you aren't in some time-release soil stuff.
Other than that, should be about the same.
