Adding blue spectrum 6 weeks into flower?

I am currently 6 weeks into flower running 2 600w hps currently and was thinking of swapping them for agromax 600w dual arc hps/mh bulbs. These are fem seeds so I am just paranoid of getting Hermies. Would this fuck with my plants if it is the same lumens with the blue mh mixed in? Any help would be great!

Not a dumb question, In my opinion it should have no effect and shouldn't stress your plants. The blue spectrum isn't really as important though so unless money is really not a problem for you I wouldnt reccommend buying two new bulbs just to add some blue spectrum to your flowering. IMHO

i have tried it i droped lights blue in one grow n the same on a nother grow n to tel you the truth it brought out crystal formation crazzy style but thier realy wasnt much of a diffrence to tell you the truth i wish it was but i got the same weight just a tad bit more frost thats all..

Well hello abrown! That was what I was thinking. I already have the bulbs so that is not an issue. I may just toss one in to see the diff for now. Next run I am going to try running the two dual arcs to see the difference from an hps. I have seen good results. I really appreciate your input!

What's up thumper? That sounds on par with what Ihaven read. I have seen tighter buds and more trich production on a couple grows. As long as I don't fuck anything up I always like checking new shit out. Cheers!

me too i been their but i think it does wounders in veg to tell you the truth the dual ark...... i tried droping lights under thieth red milare spacing light in n out dude i have come to a few conclusions n i made mine yield less sometyms n more in others but its the mastakes that made me get more lolz for realz good luck.
