ACMPR - wait times

No, not an amendment ... I had to switch from the MMAR (oddly my pink is still valid) to the ACMPR which is a new application

Same exact process you would have done which is why it is odd it took yours so long to come back and the only explanation for that would be the blacklist doctors deal
Lol their getting fastrr at it but i think yours went faster because you were already in the system befor.

I know alot of people that didnt goto a pay clinic and they waited just as long as me

The blacklist isnt a thing. I think your doctors are spreading rumors lol

If your doctor works through a clinic that charges then they've been blacklisted ... do you really think HC doesn't know that they work from a clinic?

In Canada a doctor is paid $36 from HC for each patient for 15 minutes, however when working through a clinic the clinic is the one who is paid and then the clinic pays the doctor .... needless to say the paperwork involved with charging HC for the patient details the patient as well as the treating doctor (that's how the Canadian medical system works)

So HC knows right off the nat if a doctor is working through a cannabis clinic

On top of this, when you send in your rehistration your prescribing doctors name is on it and if said doctor is on the blacklist (the blacklist being the list of doctors known to be working through a cannabis clinic that charge fees) then HC puts that registration under greater scrutiny than ones which have a doctor who is not on the blacklist which in turn makes the registration take longer as HC will look deeper into it to be sure your registration is legit ... dont forget that there are tons of people paying for high plant counts which is why HC is required to do this

Now, I was told by my treating doctor (over 10 years of weekly spinal column injections ... so yeah, we have become friends over this time) that some doctors get blacklisted by HC due to what I explained above, however he also said there is a white list which doctors who do not charge fees or are working through a clinic that does not charges fees get put on which in turn can make the registration go faster due to the doctor in question being known by HC to not charge fees

Doctors and clinics charging fees is borderline illegal in the sense that according to the Canadian medical system you should not have to pay to get a cannabis prescription

If you paid to get your script in the first place it will take an additional month to two months to recieve your paperwork due to HC checking into everything to be sure your scrp is legit
Total bullshit. Ive seen people go both routes, same amount of time.

Its random, or the application wasnt totally perfectly filled out and they need permisson to adjust little errors im Guessing.. Just a guess

Their getting faster at it but if youve been in the system befor yol go through faster .. Is that so hard to believe or does your doctor just not want to lose a patient.

So attacking me on a personal level does nothing to prop up your claim

And no, I was not in the ACMPR system previously so no it did not go through faster ... the MMAR is a separate system by the way

As an aside, taking a pot shot at my doctor is uncalled for and just shows that you'd rather use hyperbole instead of facts to bolster your argument

More personal attacks ... just goes to show that you have no evidence to the contrary

And how did starting a clinic get into this ... methinks you're grasping at straws

Perhaps a better approach is needed here so that others will play with you ... Don't worry, with a little anger management and control of your focusless rage I'm sure others will want to play with you

Sometimes a child needs a bit of a timeout to gather themselves and think about how they have been treating others

Yes ... A doctor who has taken me from being in an electric wheelchair, unable to control my legs let alone stand, to now being able to ride a bicycle

So this means what my doctor told me is not to be trusted?

Let alone all I did was relay what I was told in the many discussions my doc and I get into when he's poking those damn needles into my spine ... so that means you're justified in attacking me?

Dude, I feel bad that you have this outlook that everyone is out to get you or feed you lies ... honestly, I posted info from what I have garnered over the years and you're being all high and mighty about what I said as well as just overall being argumentative and looking for a fight tells me you're like that dude in that movie who was at the party to drink and fight and he was all out of beer

Kiddies table shite dude, grow up

will you please ask your Dr for where he gets his info? i would love to present this to the judge in our delay case. to be able to show prejudicial treatment would be fantastic! this list of black and white listed Dr's would also be great. i have the processing information i got through an ATIP request and it doesn't mention anything about these lists.
Thank you

Look into Canadian Cannabis Clinics ... They do not charge for a script and they have a fast track for any registration that has a script issued from them ... doesn't even need an "original" stamp, just processed when recieved

There is zero evidence to back this claim. Whereas there is evidence to prove the contrary. My renewals being a prime example. No Doctors are on some secretive "blacklist".or any blacklist for that matter as they would have to be informed of such action.

By the very definition of the meaning it would mean they couldn't practice medicine. They can't be able to do everything else a doctor can in terms of prescription and treatment but then be impeded for a difference of opinion on prescription amounts.

What a doctor and patient decide on for treatment cannot be effected by regulatory bodies if they fall within the legal framework or treatment modalities. Period. They either ARE or AREN'T fit to practice medicine.

See the comment above yours, look into it ... whether its an actual blacklist or not the evidence is right there for you to find if you look into it

Just call them and ask about it, they'll tell you that there is no major delays in registrations coming from their doctors ... there was an issue previously due to electronic signatures but they have fixed that with HC so now their registrations take on average just over 2 months

Also you don't have to pay a cent

Whether it's a blacklist, whitelist or whatever you want to call it ... those are the facts

Not sure what Province you are in, but this is simply not true in Nova Scotia. Health Canada has nothing to do with what doctors are paid. Nada. People sure do like to bullshit on this site.

i am not sure you read what i asked. you said your Dr told you about a black and white list..so i asked you to ask your Dr where they got the information. you replied about Canadian Cannabis Clinics..?? i would love to present the black and white list to the judge on our case to show more of being railroaded. i have no interest in the clinic thing you mentioned.
Thank you

Here's my reciepts, where's yours

Read the articles linked in the above post ... There's a nice breakdown by Dr. Shawn Watley linked in there

And sorry, I typed HC instead of OHIP

That clinic is your evidence ... I'm not involving myself or my doctor in your court case so the next best thing I can do is tell you where to look for proof

The above post does absolutely nothing to provide any kind of evidence of a list of any type. Sorry. If you make a claim you have to back it with something more than hearsay evidence. Simply calling a clinic confirms nothing. Unless it comes directly from HC, it's merely speculation.

Ummm, call them and ask the questions and then you will get your answers .... after you speak to them about how the director of the clinics had a talk with HC to guarantee that their electronic signatures will go through with no problems after the numerous refusals from their clinics of legit scripts

Seriously, the answers and proof of preferential treatment is literally a phone call away .. ask the right questions and you have your proof, just get it on a recording

I will show you the door, you gotta walk through it ... I'm not doing it for you

I got no pony in this race
