ACMPR - wait times

firstly..you need to be sick
Tell them what is wrong with you and go from there.
depends on weather you smoke it for relief or ingest it.
Each illness requires different medicines. If the meds offered do not agree with you..Then tell them so!
If they cannot help you..demand they find you a doctor that will work with you rather than tell you what you need when they themselves have no clue.
You need to stand up for yourself and not go by what OTHERS DO....
To get a script for 30 grams/day you'd need to be quite ill in their eyes...

Im trying to register as well for my license and was wondering, can you guys quickly mention, how you got your presc. & for what condition (if you want to say) and how many G/per day you get. I have several medical conditions, I just don't know if they are taken serious enough to get a prescription of 20/30 G per day so I can have a license for around 100 plants. I have a feeling my doctor will give me a 5/G per day pres. and laught at any higher amount. I also see online services for $1200 that get you a prescription, and Im just wondering if this is what most people have to do? Thanks, any insight is appreciated!
So you don't have a script right now and are looking for 20-30g per day?

Hey all found some interesting tib bits out last night I think we can post links right? Theres a guy in Ontario I belive who has all the court filing dockets on his website, you can sue the Acmpr over their insane wait times. If i was in the city Id be filing too. http://johnturmel.com/kits.htm, heres a very interesting youtube vid with John speaking about how deliberate in stalling the program is. Its like theyve planned these rediculous wait times as a punishment. There is a case right now which the judge has asked health canada to make amendments to the program to hurry up.

he's the reason we don't lose time anymore! because of that challenge, they stopped back dating the licenses but haven't given back the time that we lost though. we will be asking for that time to be given back in the next submissions. the Crown just gave us their response.

And they said theyd consider retroactively adding the time lost?

that's what we are arguing right now. the Crown has said since they issued the section 56, our second cause of action is mooted. it's mooted for the newbies but not for those of us who lost time!
i was talking to John and the reply will be fun. they missed a lot but that is not new.
i am hoping we get a live hearing instead of it just being on paper. it's fun to hear them dance/squirm

@doingdishes John has asked me to file for my lost production time as it took me 6-7months for my address change. He wanted me to go for 10$ a gram times my daily script for the difference in MMAR process and ACMPR...has anyone been paid? Doubtful.

no one has been paid and probably wont. it's more of showing the harm by showing them the math.
remember when we did the Goldstars, we were going after huge dollars knowing it was only to get their attention
when the Judges see what is going on, they will change things...like getting the sec 56 for the time. the funny part is they include a handout for the new people saying they heard us...that doesn't affect them...that made me laugh. they are basically advertising how they screwed the other patients but we won't do that to you

Just got my renewal papers back, took just shy of a month to process and I had it back a day after 1 month total time. I wrote renewal on the envelope, thinking maybe that sped things up. Expiry is dated for 1 year from the day they processed it.
Holler frig that's quick. Just sent my renewal in today. What's this about dating the paperwork for when they complete the processing and not retroactive to when your doc signed the script. Thought I read something about that coming into play.

I called on the May 17th, March 14th they recieved it, was told its in the mail, so i called today to ask for the tracking number and was advised its sent snail mail. Im thank-ful though 2 grams a day 10 plants should nt take that long

This is the first time they have done this for me at least, my previous 2 scripts were dated for a year from when the doc signed. It had something to do with a court case iirc but I do not know much more than that.
