Am I the only one who really HATES the Above the Influence commercials? All of them, I can't stand them.

The one with some girl rhyming about a guy sitting on his stoop, smoking weed. "I wonder if he'll ever leave." It's like bitch, mind your own business. The only way she knows he never leaves is if SHE never leaves, and she's sober, so what's her excuse?

Or the one where the guy's sitting in the cafeteria and his friend rolls this big mirror in front of him, and just stands there.

That's the worst one, where the try to use our own PETS against us. What kind of shit is that? My old pit used to LOVE to blaze. I don't like them trying to come at me with a guilt trip on behalf of my dog.

Why don't the go after something that's actually harmful? Like coke, or meth? Make commercials scaring boys with the threat of crystal dick or something.
 
Agreed. the commercials SUCK... I would love to see even one of those commercials have proof or an acual story behind it.... but no, it's all propaganda and LIES!!!!!!!
 
Yeah I just realized that if I didn't smoke weed then I would probably be on some other drug...

Those above the influence commercials have actually been very popular and are pretty well done. Not all of them but... anyhow it's too bad that such a creative group of people are focusing their hate on MJ instead of something truly dangerous.
 
For reals, where the fuck are the heroin and crack commercials, they actually kill people!!!
 
If the governement didnt lie so much though these commercials maybe harder drugs would be abused less. I mean come on, you see these commercials that are telling you pot is sooo bad. Then, one day you actually try it. You learn that the governement has been lying to you all of your life, now you think well they are probably lying about everything else so fuck it, lets try the rest.
 
I think the commercials are funny it's obvious some pothead wrote them.. My cats blaze it up all the time.. Whenever Im smoking there right up int he mix trying to get theirs..Puff, puff pass to kitty
 
We need more of them if you ask me and even more gory and true like other countries.

Go look at the aussies comercials. The comercials we have are weak they do nothing we need the real truth on the screen talking to kids. Mouth cancer is by far the most crazy shit and other countries show it to the public constantly and it does make a difference. America is trying to make money off tobacco so they wont show us these things...They show us puppets and teenagers singing......
 
And i think the dog commercial is a great one. I wish i was so high that i thought my dog was talking to me :mrgreen::blsmoke:

I totally agree. And if they had to be more honest, they wouldn't be able to talk so much shit about weed. They'd have to admit that, hey, most people have a pretty good time.

I would hate if my cats could talk they'd be total bitches because I spoil them and one meows all the frigging time as it is annoys the hell out of me..If they could talk I'd go insane

Hm, I've never been sick from maryj..it actually has helped when I was sick.. but I guess that has to be false!:confused:
