about to plant germinated seed need advice

okay this is the 3rd seed im goign to plant and the first 2 failed... so need advice on what to do.

I have the root coming out of the seed right now, so I need to plant it...

Im planting into MG what all should I do?

You got starter inserts.All growers have starter inserts. If not,pour your potting mix in whatever container your using,water it,get a pencil ,poke down 1/2 inch. ,put your seed in(root facing down)(use tweezers),and cover the hole back up with a small pinch ,of the potting mix.Cover the top of the pot with plastic wrap.
