do they HAVE to develop male genitalia to develop seeds? i have thoroughly checked all 3 of my plants, and for the life of me i cannot find ANY nana's, but so far i have found 2 calyx's that were severely swollen and splitting on the side. it looked very much like prego, so i plucked them to check just to be sure. one of the 2, had a 1/4" white 'tail' if you will, reminded me of a dense taproot from a germinated seed almost (i know it isn't that, just using it as a form of comparison). the 2nd, had a dense, yet soft ball inside, liquidy, but still definitely solid. it was roughly the same size as a mature seed would be, but green, and crushed easily in the finger.

now iam pretty sure these weren't seeds, but for the life of me i dont know what they were. i would post a pic, but i cant seem to find any more at the time, and i already plucked and destroyed the 2 in my curiosity.

any ideas? iam assuming iam worried about nothing? or could these be 'false seedpods' that i hear about?

so here are some pics, do they look like seeds? i have thoroughly checked each plant very carefully, and cant find any nanas to speak of. thoughts? i have no want or need for seeds so i may just cut these if they are, and start the bleaching process. again, they started just looking swelled, but the white slit worries me. it does have a soft green ball inside, but its mostly made of water (resins?)

pulled out one or 2 more, and they were a bit harder and still filled with water/resin/whatever it is. might they not be seeds? ive had premature seeds in herb before, and it seems like they start small and get bigger, these are already coming out the size of a normal seed.

these could just resin glands. but i would say that sometimes the NANAS can be hidden within the bud itself and you dont find them until harvest time.
personally i would stop cutting things off your flowering plants as you could be stressing them.

trust me ive thought about this =/ i just really have no need for seeds. plucked a sample bud last night, have it hangin to dry now, gunna see how it i so far and if a slightly early harvest is possible.
