I've been eying this chemical plant for sometime. I was a plant used to make rat poison for Baltimore city. Would this be a safe place to cultivate outside. There are many huge cylinder storage chambers. Does this sound like an ok place to grow outside? The place is never visted by anyone and it's on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay

Sounds like a place you will be harassed if found on the property. They probably have some sort of security company and certainly the local PD is keeping an eye out there for suspicious activity. Try to find a place where you will not look out of place, just someone going for a walk/hike.

Graffiti writers love abandoned buildings and cannabis as well. Even lots of normal people love exploring abandoned buildings as well, I think your chances of your spot being compromised would be very high.
