Is there anything i can add to this tea to make it that much better and for the blown tea i dont even know where to start, any help would be appreciated thanks.

I can't tell you good combinations, you will need to figure that out on your own,or hopefully someone experienced with teas jumps in
but two you diddent mention neem seed meal and soybean meal are great

you already mentioned kelp and alfalfa meal, you could also add botanicare ZHO it's a blend of beneficial endomycorrhizae and trichoderma fungi.

Thats a pretty good start right there that you have going... But you dont wanna add any myco to your teas... Most myco products cant survive long enough in a tea because they need live roots to attach to so dont waste your myco products, save them for transplant or direct applications...

If you wanna make it more of a veg/first half of flowering tea, add some high N guano... 1tsp per gal of water...

For a bloom tea (2nd half of 12/12) a basic tea is all you need...

per gallon of water...
1/2 cup of castings
1tsp of kelp meal
1tsp molasses

Teas can be simple or complicated... theres plenty of resources around here and all over the inter-web....

mycorrhizae...

A mycorrhiza (Gk.,: fungus roots, pl mycorrhizae, mycorrhizas) is a symbiotic (generally mutualistic, but occasionally weakly pathogenic) association between a fungus and the roots of a plant.

In a mycorrhizal association, the fungus colonizes the host plants' roots, either intracellularly as in arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), or extracellularly as in ectomycorrhizal fungi. They are an important component of soil life and soil chemistry.

In terms of growing mari-J.... It comes in bagged soil and should be used at transplant making direct contact with the roots.. There is soluble and non-soluble... The non-soluble should be used at transplant and directly applied to the roots, the soluble ones can be applied anytime, but isnt something you need to apply all the time... Usually when you transplant, and then once more before you start flowering... However, I usually only do it at transplants but I will not be using intermediate sized pots anymore, I'll be going from the cloner to a 20 oz. solo cup or 3x3x3 square pot into a 7 gallon smart pot so I'll probably do it when I transplant obviously and then I'll do it again pre-flip with a soluble application...

This is the one I've been using at transplant...

Great white is also good but expensive...
