Lol. Today that looks like you really got your name stitched into it. Or maybe I'm just high outta my mind. I've been staring crazily for half hour now and still can't tell. Must be bed time. LMAO.

I think I have liek a whole 180cfms of furry maintaing the ~660W I have in the 4x4. So far pleased with the tent. Sturdy and all metal which was the main reason for buying it. But yeah like AP said he experience I experienced the same thing with the COBS, though my temps are high at the top of the tent, or really anything above the lights. But canopy is pretty much equal to room temp of the house. You have a lot of exhaust. Did you have to reinforce the tent to keep it from sucking in too much?
What kind of tent do you have skunky? I need a sturdy 4x4 tent to hold about 90 lbs of led and fan/filter. Suggestions from all is helpful. Cant really afford a gorilla.

Secret Jardin make some good tents, some light duty and some heavy duty.

would be super keen to get one the intense line ones. the cheaper ones do the job though! 90 pounds does seem on the heavy side though...why do you need so much weight? that's a hell of a big reflector/hood..
Great thread YODA! shame about the herm! - that razzleberry looks super nice

@Captain, Ive heard very good things about secret jardin. Many love this tent. But most of the ones I saw are topped at 65 pounds.
@ Yoda, the growlab is one of the ones I'm considering. Its said to be able to support 100+ pounds.
I'm also looking at the yield lab tent. Its also rated for 100+ pounds. I have a generic yield lab. 36x20. I have it holding my solar storm 440 and a 6" fan and filter with no problem. But if worse comes to worse I'll have to go with a gorilla lite. About $100 more than I wanna spend. But once I purchase my 3 a51 and hang my ss 440 in there I can't take any chances.

I have a secret jardin , a grow lab, and a lighthouse hydro tent. Of the 3 the only one with metal corner pieces is the lighthouse hydro so I would say that is the strongest for holding heavy weight and it is also the cheapest. However, it is the thinnest exterior materior and has pin holes so don't expect top quality from the exterior shell.

Well Goldy, I already have the solar storm 440. (25lbs). Once my taxes come in (hurry up February) I plan to purchase 3 a51 rw 150. (15 lbs x 3=45 lbs) plus my fan and filter (25 lbs). 95 lbs total. All in 4x4 tent.

It happens man, the taste is the sweet kush I know it to be but the seeds suck, I gave some samples out last night to friends and they loved it, also gave samples of my bubble hash and they said it was very good, better than some local dispensaries so I am pretty excited. Planning on buying the bubblemagic 5 gallon washing machine and I need some new bags , mine are too plastic-y on the bottom , like not good clothy mesh type on bottom, if someone knows where to get legit bags for a good price please let me know, I am looking to do a 5 bag set, 5 gallon.

The hood of my HID light is really freaking heavy and so is my exhaust fan so I think a growlab tent would be good as well. Mine has like hardened plastic corners and it is pretty sturdy, I got the GL120.

Hmm Id recommend not to hang your filter and fan from the tent then..plus perhaps use a separate stand for the panels to hang from..would be a real shame to get a bend on the tent poles..or even worse a snap! That's definitely one of the negatives of these new LEDs ..some are ridiculously heavy. I'd be very very hesitant to hang anything like that much weight from a tent even if they are supposed to be safe. I'd have a tough time with sleeping or going out knowing that a couple little poles was the only thing stopping a fire.

Do you think my blockbuster hood + my fan is too heavy for my growlab tent? Now you got me scared lol.

It may be sweet lol..I just prefer to be on the super safe side. Doubt insurance will cover a fire caused by a grow light. After all..shit happens..may as well make it unlikely as possible to be that shit happening lol. I've also got a massive filter. So wouldn't even consider hanging it from the tent.
I mean..theoretically you could sue the company selling it if it doesn't actually hold 100+pounds..lol. It's a pretty unsafe thing to make up/exaggerate. Just make sure you hang things from the edges of the poles as opposed to the centre of them..and you should be fine:mrgreen:

@hotshot: I reckon it's worth saving a bit to get the best tent available. You intend to use it for a while I'm guessing..it'd be a pain if the zips or light-proofing weren't up to par etc. If I were to replace mine I'd get a intense line one..and I'm poor as shit lol
