I am starting my first led grow, got some headband clones from an acquaintance, and they look very nice. Will be vegging for a very short time, and topping only once or twice, as I have limited space.

Here goes for the details :

Space: Growlab gl80l (2.7x4.9x6.7)
Ventilation: 4" Stealth F4 inline fan w/ mountain air carbon filter
Lighting: 3x Area-51 RW-150 Panels
Grow Method: 2 Gallon Coco Hempy Bucket(perlite res, rest 100% coco)
Nutrients: AN 3 Part PH Perfect, AN big Bud & overdrive for flower.
Strain: 8x Headband(AKA Sour Kush) Clones

I will post some pics soon when I have time to post, a bit busy with getting everything setup. I transplanted the clones today and watered them with 1/4 strength nutes, and some voodoo juice to help the roots take off.

1 or 2 of the clones are a bit droopy, but I think it's from transplant shock, and being in a box for a few hours during transport.

Edit: here are some pics of the planbts, and a closeup of one of the droopy ones, is this normal after transplanting clones into their containers ? Also important to note I gave them each about 0.5 litres of water after transplanting.

Could be transplant, and/or that the leaves are drooping from the watering. I would not sweat it they will be shooting up towards that light happy in no time.

This is very normal stress for what you described, and they will perk back up in a few short hours, if not, certainly they will invigorate by this time tomorrow.

Your grow sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun, nice and clean, and you should have good results if you got that grower's gut instinct. I really like the idea of coco hempys, never heard of them before, but I do not look much into hempy growing. Good luck, don't give up, even on a pot farm everything happens for a reason.

It seems they are perking back up a bit, the upper leaves feel nice, not all rubbery like a droopy plant typically feels like. I do believe i spotted the beginning of a mg deficiency already though(fucking coco). so Im gonna water again today, with RO+CalMag+Nutes. I accidentally used distilled water yesterday and didnt add any cal-mag, my bad. :wall:

Looks like a lot of fun.. Try not to stress too much.. Also, I also run coco hempy and AN pH perfect with RO (2 part.. sensi and connoisseur) with Big Bud and Overdrive (look into Bud Candy too), I noticed most strains didn't want any additional cal/mag and responded well when I cut it out.

Good luck!

Do you mean calmag beyond what's in the AN ?

Ya the connoisseur even says on the bottle not to add cal/mag
Hmm well the 3 part only had 0.1% Mg, Seems a bit low the me, the Ca is @ 2.4% though which seems nice. I will probably just keep adding 200ppm of calmag to my ro to be safe, not causing any problems for me so far.

Whatever works for you.. Trust me that calcium lockout is nothing nice..

I watered with distilled and forgot to add Calmag, already showing a cal-mag defeciency. So I watered with ro+10ml/g of cal-mag(double strength), some vitamino and voodoo juice. We'll see if they recover, will post pics in a day or so. Also have to top them soon.

So, I switched my nutrient line-up a bit to save money, i was out of big bud and overdrive and didnt feel like spending another $100+ on them, and had a full bottle of Liquid Koolbloom, so I picked up some dry koolbloom for finishing, and got a deal on a pint of floralicious plus(people swear by it). Also fimmed the plants 2 days ago, and fed them yesterday with 1ml/L of G-M-B(an Ph perfect), some roots excelurator(h&g), and ofc, cal-mag. Here are some pics as promised, including my entire nute-lineup for this run.

Update: Did some lsting, plants are really taking off, upped the nutes to 3/8 strength with some floralicious plus, looking amazing! Will post pictures a bit later. These babies are taking right off under the LEDs, i was skeptical, but they're blowing me away.

Sorry its been so long since i updated guys! Lost track of time and been super busy at work, havent had too much free time.
The girls are now in day 9 of Flowering, stretching like a bitch too, classic sativa characteristics of the headband. Got them on 3/4 strength 3 part, and floralicious plus, hittin them with some bug igniter as well. Changing up my nutes a little though, ordered 4L of AN phP connoisseur, and big bug, and overdrive. Temps are around 75-78 during lights on, only stay about 5 above ambient at the canopy, LOVE LEDs.

Update, Day 12F:

Seeing some nice pistils coming out, looks like they're almost done their stretch, gonna start hitting them with the Connie & Big Bud on day 14F, assuming that my order arrives on time. Here are some pics of the garden, and some shots of the lights for anyone curious. For size reference, those are 2 gallon buckets, these bitches stretch like crazy! The lsting made a massive difference though, quite a few nice tops coming in. Temps have been steady at 73F, with 50% RH outside the tent, will have to check RH inside to be sure.
