A system that I can leave for 3 weeks? Help!

i can see leaving plant alone in veg that long, but flower there is a lot to do. 3 weeks without feeding them bloom nutes will realy slow the flowering down. hydro would be the way to go but then again you have to change the res, and 3 weeks is a long time to let it go with out changing i would imagine.

There are pots at Walmart that have a wick built in, that absorbs the water/nutes for a while. Not sure if it holds enough to keep it watered for 3 weeks though. And although a hydroponic system sounds easier than soil, it really isn't and requires way more attention than soil. I don't think that leaving it for 3 weeks, your plants would do well at all.

ild say find a friend who u trust wit ur life..(hopefully u have one of them as there rare) and have him stop in every 3 or 4 days to water n check on shit... my 2 cents

to many things can go wrong. Bugs, moisture, heat...All these things in attention pretty quick. Survival is the term you looking for. Your most likely screwed for a decent bud return on this grow imo. Good luck though. I say some kind of drip system using a 2 or 3 liter bottle. They would most likely be overwatered early and underwatered later in wk 2/3. Maybe even out but costing bud return....No friends to help? Try it but be lucky if you don't find a big problem when you return? You haven't mentioned what part of flowering so that might help?

I happen to have two friends like this, but they are both planning to be away for this part of the summer, sadlly. Maybe I'll ask my little brother.
The drip system sounds nice, but do you think that I could set up some kind of central reservoir for a drip irrigation system? also, this would be probably late in flowering, I would be planting on June 6th if not later, and leaving for three weeks on August 2nd. again, maybe I'll ask my little brother, I'm not sure if he'd be down though.

They WILL NOT make it dude... Things just as simple as dehydration and burnt colas from the lights since no one will be around to raise the lighting system will be the first of many issues since ur in the stage that the plants grow very very quickly.. Personaly I have been raising my lighting almost every other other day so that would be something you would have to consider as well...
