Just wondering what anyone thinks. At a course at present and have been asked to make up a menu that i'll be cooking up for a bunch of people in the next two weeks. There's not too much rhyme and reason to it but it is food that i enjoy
Kinda a hodgepodge of asian and carribean food, mixing fancy food and street food.
Starter:
Soft shell crab deep fried in a rice flour and chilli tempura with raw bean sprouts and thick soy
Amuse Bouche:
Kiwi sorbet
Main:
Bake and shark (basically a funky shark burger
) marinated in a green dressing with rice vinegar slaw and tamarind sauce. With a watercress and mango salad on the side
Desert:
Fresh lychee with raspberry ice cream and chocolate sauce
