How much time is needed to properly veg my plants b4 flowering?
I am sort of winging it because I let my babies veg for 7 weeks and just changed my lights sched. 2 days ago.
Just hoping I didn't try and rush it or anything.

I would say about 8-9 weeks for a good height.By this time u should be having decent preflowers.also depends on your growspace as far as how high to grow her.

It's all personal preference. If you have height requirements then you won't want to veg as long. If you are growing a sativa dominant plant and have a height restriction then you won't want to veg as long. Basically what everyone else said. LOL

7 wks is usually plenty of veg time for indoors with the height restrictions you've got. With SOG that's more than you'd want as well. Height is more of a crteria to use than age anyway. And as has been said, depending on the strain, they should double in height or more during flowering. If they're rooted cuttings or plants beyond the seedling stage (3 wks or so) with another 4 wks of veg will usually yield 2-4 oz. dry. This should give you an idea of what to expect.
