A newb, who doesn't want to jump in yet

I just joined, as you can see, and am still learning the ways the forum works, I alteady jumped in to a good convo, accidently, and derailed it, SORRY, guys, was an honest error.

Anyway, I figure, this may be the place for me to talk , without stepping on toes, until I learn the site.

Like I said in my newb hello, I have only been on the internet for 13 months, so all new sites, take me a while, to learn the ropes.

I figured, until I understand, and have studied the threads , etc. , it might be best to just start a thread, rathjer than jumping in , where I don't belong, and interrupting , an ongoing convo, with some dumb , bullshit, that has nothing to do with that convo.

I ask, if I goof up, and do something wrong, feel free to tell me, I'm pretty laid back, and don't take offense , so no problems there

For now, until I know what I'm doing, I'll just post in this thread, if I'm unsure where to post.
I don't know about others, but I've smoked most of my life, and find , as an artist, my ideas flow so much , more freely, and the pencil seems to have it's own mind , when I draw, while stoned.

I hope Illinois gets the legal dispensaries , open fast...........best thing my state has done in ages !!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, now I'm hoping to figure out how to put a piece of my art, as an avatar, finish my tea........and post a song I like , in here, and hope I'm not breaking rules about where you can post music.

Also, if I DO make mistakes, tell me, because this is an awesome site, and I don't want to get kicked off, due to confusion.

OK..........gotta wake up my son, college is back in session , so heres the song I will blast, here at home, in hopes that his ass will get out of bed, and get a move on.......... : D

Hi, and thanks..........I think I may be a little to new, to jump into threads, and be ultra bold........slight introvert, and newby style timid. Plus, pretty baked , here, so, at least I was bold enough to open a thread, blog style, and not get into any trouble..........:cuss: .

My poor 42 yr young , one hitter pipe, is the only possession, I somehow held onto, through all these years.

SO........You think I wont see dispensaries open , in Chicago,.........can I ask why ? Is it the Fed. laws, that will screw this up for me, or ............whats you're take ?

If there's clinics open , writing scripts...........WTH, then , they need to get it together, its the law, afterall.........sigh............but, I an see it, just not happening, and , damn , I was excited about this !!!

No, not the Feds. Obama's home town? Rahm in City Hall? Won't be Feds. Politics as usually - red v blue.

From what I know about Illinois politics, you have a gut-shot governor championing this. Down state's mostly still got a hard on about it. Gut-shot governor is underdog against anybody the Repubs put up this November. Keep your eyes on the primary. Illinois has been mostly free of Tea Party whack jobs, but they are around.

Illinois Dept of Ag blew their implementation deadline of 1/1/14 and got a three month extension. Don't think they will make that one either.

Plus, the law suuuuuucks. Read it. Almost impossible to avoid it all ($) falling into the hands of party hacks. If Quinn wins in November, I predict a new law. Election year son, nothing ever really gets done in an election year.

But I could be wrong. Time will tell.

I'm not getting any younger , here.

I know.........everything will get legal........everthing..........when I'm too old to enjoy it, the same way ( of course thats like way way way far away.............LOLZ, jk from an old broad.

Planning to get some real good groe techniques, from here, and help my little crop, get bigger.
I'm sure most here, would laugh at my 5 ft plant, and its Yunguns.......but it fullfills my needs, with a bag bought now and then

Oh, it will happen. Just not (in my opinion) before the election. The law gives monopoly rights to the permit holders so it will be a major cash cow. Usually you give those away after the election to avoid the scrutiny of the decision. But it is a fluid situation. Make sure you are registered to vote. Oh, and then vote.

Greetings, Roach! All is not lost. I just started supplying weed to my 70 year old mom, so your son may come around yet...lol. I like my tunes and I love my weed. I started dabbling in making my own of each - figured you stop learning when they start tossing dirt on you. I am a newbie too. Enjoy yourself! Here is one of my better photos. This one got riper and bigger, but this was one of my favorites aesthetically.
