A new grewer NEEDS HELP!

Hey guys I need help this is the first time i've grown, i live in the south of france and weathers getting abit shit here and im afraid the plants are gonna fuck up, so i was wondering if, if i chopped them now would it be good quality? or is it too early? These are examples of what all of them look like approx (photo was taken 2 days ago)
Need useful info I know these arn't as good as half the monsters we see on this site but i have 15 of them and thats more than enough for me.

To really tell you on how/when to harvest we need you to see what the trichomes colors are. Can do that by getting a little hand held microscope. Here's a chart for future reference.

Thanks for the reply, I ordered a microscope its on its way but if i was to pick 2 or 3, leaving 10 for the microscope to decide, would the 2 or 3 that i pick be complete shit or smokable?

They look young in the pic to me. But this also depends on the strain and how long they've been out there for etc. If young or clear headed you have a racier high that wont last as long as a fully matured plant. All comes down to personal preference.

Looks like another 2-3 weeks at least, they look good, but will swell up more. The hairs in the first pic are really out there. I think you have plenty of time to wait for your scope to arrive.
