a mother in soil, clones in hydro, can i do it?

can i grow a mother in the soil and then clone all the cuttings into a hydro set-up? this is something ive been wondering about. thanks for any input.

I wouldn't see any problem with it? As long as theyre on the same light schedule shouldn't make a difference.

yes you can do that it will be fine just make sure you use a hydro medium to root your clones in.

thanks a bunch, i figure having a mother in the soil will make everything a little easier. any downsides that anyone can think of, will the cuttings have a hard time transplanting or not? thanks for the feedback.
