Hi..
as of a couple of days ago, I cannot open rollitup from home using my isp's ip. I can view the site when logged in using a proxy server, or from my android.

So it looks to me either my ip has been blocked. Or I have other issues. Who can I address this problem with at rollitup???

I'm sorry that you are having problems. I don't see any reason for it on our end, I would guess that it is something on your machine, or your provider.

If you want to reset your ip do this, plug your internet box in directly to your pc(if you have a router it will prevent you from doing anything).

1]Open command prompt as administrator.
2]type "ipconfig/all"
3]Find out what your current IP is.
4]Then type "ipconfig /release"
5]Type exit

7]Go to control panel
8]Go to network and sharing
9]Change network adapter settings
10]Right click local area connection and disable.

11] Exit everything.
12]Turn your computer off
13]Unplug your modem
14]wait 1-2minutes or get a glass of water
15]plug your modem back in.
16]wait until the lights turn back on(the service light might be off or blinking(idk what service provider you have)).

17]start up pc
18]Step7, 8, and 9
19] Enable your local area connection

20]steps 1 and 2
21] type "ipconfig /renew"

22] Wait for internet to work(30s-1m) or restart your pc and modem.
23] steps 1,2,3
24] Confirm that your IP changed before plugging router back in.

If your IP address doesn't change you need to call your internet service provider and ask them to do it for you.
Keep in mind that anytime you change your IP your service provider will know about it.

Also some internet providers only allow you to change your IP once every 4-5months... So if you can't do it again you know why.

OP that I am quoting looks like its missing step 6... just messed up on numbering... steps are all there.
Heres the guide again if you want to copy and paste.
