A light was on today while I was trying to start flowering. I didn't know.

Last night I shut the breaker off to my grow lights to start flowering my plants. Then today my brother came over and I think he snuck a peek at my plants and he left the light on. It was only a small floresant that plugs into a regular light socket. My daughter might have snuck in while I was showering a few hours ago and did it too. If my bro did it, the light was on for 9 hours. what will happen? and is there anything I can do? I heard of something called Reverse that keeps yor plants from being pollanated, will that work for what this? What do I do?

If it was the first day of flowering you'll be fine. Your plant can only be pollinated by a nearby male plant. Light does not effect that at all. If you mean 'hermie' then yeah you're kinda right - if it were to happen well after flowering had started, and maybe for a longer time.

it will revert it back into veg so leave the light off for 24-36 hours and start 12/12 again and you should be fine and this will speed up the flowering and also take off a couple weeks at that to

you can leave the lights off for a day to speed the transition to flowering, but either way they will be fine. light disruptions only really bother them far into budding.
