A growing guide with prices?

I'm looking for some sort of instructional video for growing. and YES!i did google and i usualy don't use forums for my problems but this is my final resort
anyway...I have about $300
and am geting more therefore i need something i can add on to
The room will be a 14x12 room with no carpet(just concrete) or objects to get in the way.There is also a slide door leading outside. i was thinking along the lines of hydropinics. the biggest pain is well, I like to plan things out before I start a project, so I need a helpfull resource that can estimate how much I will need to get starded.I am one of those people who need to be told steps step by step.Maintaining my plants shouldn't be a problem though.

i would go buy at least 6 26 watt cfls for the seedlings go buy a mh light w/ the change for veg growth then in a month or two when u get more money go buy a hps for flowering. if u only want 1 light get the hps both about 200 each for a 400 watt if this is ur first grow stick w/some organic soil
 
id grow about ten or so seeds, pick a mom or two, clone, and then do a scrog. id start with soil though it seems cheaper in my eyes cause then you have more money to get good lights.
 
cant count on us to do everything for u bro. just find out what u need, and google it. then you will find prices. and write down a list and check it twice, JUST LIKE SANTA!
 
my buddy spent $7000 dollars on his 10 x 10 hydro room. all depends on what you want. you could spend $100 or $10,000. it's your choice.

people are helping you. did you read the seemorebuds book? that is an awesome grow-on-the-cheap book and like FDD says - it depends on many, many things. even if someone did write one it wouldn't do any good with listings like this:
Lights: $20 - $2000
Hydro-system: $20 - $20,000
Fans: $20 - $2000

so the summary is the cost of those three items range from $60 - $24,000. any guide like this would be worthless.

I did not read that book.But basically i want to get the most out of my money. meaning the most plants with biggest yeild.
smell is not a factor.
I'm thinking of getting a 400wHPS
with a bunch of soil pots
Sound good?
 
Sounds totally stupid to me. You have $300.00 to invest. We told you about a book the will show you how to grow 8oz of bud from three female plants for less than $100. and you want to spend $250.00 on a light. The book has a list of everything you need to do this and pictures for every day of the plants life , kinda like a guide that you can follow and you want a 400 watt ineffiecient light. Why did you ask if you already had decided what you are going to do.VV
