A few seedlings having a hard time getting out

Hey everyone. I recently acquired some White Skunk seeds. I placed them into these rockwool-like mediums to begin growth. Right now most of them are on their way out, but a few are still stuck down in the rockwool.

Are these guys doomed or what? Also, I wanted to add that a couple of the little guys look like they have a brown spot on one of the leaves where the shell falls off, is this normal? And finally, can these little guys become rootbound the way I am growing right now?

My set up is...

2 x 26W CFL
Closet space
rockwool medium for growth
watering only when the rockwool feels dry on top.

Any tips appreciated, should I plant these guys in some pots???

Water once a day, a teaspoon or 2 each time. the browning in this early stage is caused by over watering. Rockwool is a champ at holding water, no need to overdo it. The little round leaf will yellow, brown, then fall off, its normal. As far as the little seedlings that have not come out yet, leave them alone, they SHOULD come out on their own. Once you have a good amount of roots growing out of the bottom then you can transplant into your main growing medium. Good Luck it looks like a good start.
