A/C in my sealed room co2 setup

Hi

Sorry for noob question but I guess this is the place to ask it!

Just about to start my first grow in a Room H: 8ft W: 4ft L:3ft
Using a dwc setup with res placed outside room.
I'm planning on sealing my room and adding co2 enrichment
2-4 plants
1 1200w LED light with custom spectrum
1 oscalating fan inside the room and a phresh carbon filter and fan to scrub air and keep it circulating.
My only problem is the ac unit...
I have been told for a grow that size I shouldn't need an ac unit as I should be able to provide enough fresh air and vent the hot air by opening the door to my grow a couple times a day...is this the case?

I really want to have as many things dialed in a possible before I start my grow but ac units currently seem to be out my budget after shelling out as much as I have in all my equipment.

Any help would be great

yeah leds don't get near as hot as hid\hps but 1200 watts is 1200 watts
I agree with bugeye do a test turn both lights on and let them run for a while and see how it goes :)
plants need fresh air...JMO .I don't think just opening the door a few times a day will cut it. you will need intake and exhaust fans so the consept of "sealed" eh not so much
tell us more about you "custom spectrum lights"

That's what I had planned to do, thanks for that.
I live in a cold climate (warm in the summer) so I had hoped I would be able to get away without using an A/C until at least the summer but I guess a trail run is the only way to tell for sure.
i have a dehumidifier in case of high RH.
just very concerned with mould issues in a sealed room with no ac

The custom light spectrum was designed by a company called TOPLED I don't want to do too much advertising but it is a company that I have followed through a number of grow journals over on 420mag. They have very good track record and can be used for both the veg and flower stages.
i didnt plan on using an intake or exhaust as I was following a sealed room plan that I found on these forums.
the co2 enrichment I thought would be enough to keep the plants healthy, but I know that humidity and temps could be a problem.

think I will set it all up and check the temp/RH levels and take it from there.
i would really have to find a very cheap split ac unit to be able to afford one now

After looking into it more I think I'm going to have to leave co2 and room sealing for awhile until I can do it properly.
Will just have to install intake and exhaust

Its cheaper to move air than cool it. Get a fan pulling warm air out of the top and pull cool air from the bottom.

yeah that ha no become the more logical thing for me to do, I really want a sealed, co2 enriched room...but I want Barbie with no mould more... So for now until I can save up some money for a split A/C I will just have to go the route of intake outtake.

thanks for the advice guys

Run your lights at night when outside temps are cool. This will help stabilize temps.

Yeah I'm going to do a test run in a week or so and will let you guys know what's going on. But from the looks of it and all the feedback I have recieved on the forums I may have to give up my goal for now and just run an intake an exhaust system...will run the test first though but I'm not expecting hood results 😤
