*most places that do med scripts also offer "cultivators" permit.. which in court means "jack-shit" :) unless your under a collective or Inc. , its pretty much useless to have one of those 99..

Yep, absolutely correct in that it desn't mean Jack $hit! Unless the "doctor" will come to court and proclaim why you (his/her patient) NEEDS 99 plants for your particular ailment. Not gonna' happen! Most cultivators don't understand the law and blindly pay a couple hundred bucks thinking they are "legal" with a cultivators license. A caregiver isn't simply a provider of MMJ to patients. Must provide TOTAL care for the patient. Food, clothing and shelter along with doctor's visits, therapies and etc., etc., etc....

It IS a lot ofwork. That's why there aren't a lot of real care givers. I wouldn't mind suplying home bound MMJ atients and make a few bucks at it also but the rest of the responsibilities is the problem. It is really a full-time job!

I want to be a caregiver since i get great joy making oil for my mother because of her rhumitism and arthritis but need to grow more then what i can to provide a steady flow of flowers.Anyone here have a cali 99 in Ventura county or LA county ? I want to see if I can obtain one since I use cannabis orally and not by smoking..
Common U just want to grow and make a living growing weed...
